HMO Gas Safety & CP12
HMO Gas Safety & CP12
HMO gas safety and CP12 certification in Barnet and North London — compliance for houses in multiple occupation, arranged around your tenants.
HMO Gas Safety & CP12 in North London, done properly the first time
HMOs carry stricter obligations and more scrutiny, and access across several tenancies is the practical difficulty. We schedule around occupants and work through a property efficiently in a single visit where possible.
Every gas appliance in the property is checked and recorded, certificates are issued digitally the same day, and we flag any remedial work with a clear price rather than leaving you with an open-ended failure notice.
We also carry out the associated boiler servicing and remedial work, so compliance and repair are handled by one contractor.
